A mexican restaurant

So my dad's going to open a mexican restaurant.


To those who don't know, he has been increasingly frustrated with his job of managing people and working under the owners of the company where he worked so he has decided to open a restaurant.

No he will not be cooking.


If anyone has any opinions on what would be good recipies, please give them and if you have them and you don't give them, then I will hate you.
