Well yeah so I've been talking to my parents about cars and motorcycles. I'm going to be getting my car permit soon, once summer comes up, and I want to take my motorcycle permit right after it.

I've looked at a used 2003 Honda Blackbird CBR 1100 in my city and really like the mileage on it. It'a about 4,000 and that's when the motor starts putting out about 40 MPG.

I'm also looking at some Honda and Toyota cars, because I need good gas mileage in a car.

It's going to end up being either a car or a bike and frankly I want the bike.

It's about $3K so cheap and it's 1170 cc. It's not as good as my dad's Harley Davidson RoadKing, but it'll get better gas mileage.

I'm just asking, does anyone have any input. I live in the North East, New York to be exact (Not New York City), and the winters are a bitch, but the summers are hot so I want something that won't heat up dramatically.

Frankly, if I go with the bike then I'll be able to chill with my dad and work on it and he usually bitches about that so why not?
